AFloridaState University studentleft a wounded classmate helpless on the ground as they walked past sipping an iced coffee.
Instead of helping the woman, they filmed her blood-soaked clothes without stopping to administer first aid or call for help.
The video has sparked outrage and fury the day after the son of a police officeropened fire on the Tallahassee campus, killing two and injuring six.
In the footage, a young woman can be seen slumped on the side of a path, her trousers soaked in blood.
The innocent bystander then strolls past the shooting victim without acknowledging her serious condition.
The person behind the camera can be seen clutching a Starbucks iced coffee and filming the graphic scene.
After walking straight past the body, they then have time to turn around and take more footage of the injured woman, who is lying unresponsive on the grass.
A different video on social media later showed the victim being treated by a policewoman in the same spot.
Max Jenkins, an FSU student who witnessed the gun attack, described to the Tallahassee Democrat the moment the woman was shot.
Max said: ‘He [the shooter] turned this way and started shooting out on the green.
‘He shot like two in our direction and then two in that direction and that’s the girl who got shot in the butt over here who was laying down for a while.
‘They (police) stretchered her, she looked like she was alive, but I’m not sure – I hope that she is.’
Police officials have not releaed any further updates on the victims or their identities since authorities said two people were killed and six more were wounded in the massacre.
The video of the coffee-sipping bystander ignoring the shooting victim has sparked disgust and disbelief online.
That’s pretty callous. I hope I never get this comfortable with evil.

Many were horrified that the person behind the camera seemed to be filming just for social media attention.
An X user added: ‘Wow that’s insane. People don’t care about one another. Just something they can use to get likes and views.’
Others did leap to their defence, saying they could not be expected to think straight during a mass shooting.
Jordan Paige said on X: ‘I love how everyone has been talking about her walking with her “Starbucks” and wants to play hero as if they know exactly how they would handle the situation…. poor girl was probably in shock.’
The massacre onFloridaState University’s campus took place just after noon on Thursday.
The alleged shooter has been detained and identified as the son of a local Sheriff’s Deputy, Phoenix Ikner.
The 20-year-old is currently in the hospital. His social media profiles appear to have been deleted.
One of the weapons found belonged to the Deputy, but police have stressed she was not involved.

‘He (Ikner) did not comply with commands and was shot. I do not believe he fired at officers,’ officials said. Information on the victims will not be released yet, they said.
Three weapons were found after police detained Ikner: one handgun, a shotgun, and another weapon.
Students recalled seeing a gunman on the loose in the campus and hiding for their lives.
Student McKenzie Heeter said: ‘I was leaving the Union with my food.
‘There’s a road next to it, and I was walking, and this guy pulls up in an orange Hummer, and he gets out with a rifle and shoots in my direction.
‘There were a couple of other kids near me. I think he was shooting, and he missed.
